Sunday Stash Report

This past week I was able to finish Survivor a quilt started in a class with Joyce Weeks at the San Diego Quilt Show in September of 2014. I chose to do mine in cheddar and blue. The original was in pink and blue. I really like the results!

Also completed this last week were the first parts of 3 block of the months that I will be working on with Sandi over at Kwiltnkats this year. First is the center of a medallion quilt by Pam Buda, called Prairie Gathering.
Prairie Gathering Month 1.

Next up all the first month of 3 months of making the 720 Half Square Triangles for Union Blues. by Barbara Brackman.
Union Blues Month 1.

Lastly are the first blocks for Freedom Rings, by Red Crinoline Quilts.

  1. Kerry - can I borrow your Survivor pattern? I would love to do one in orange and blue or yellow and purple. I love star quilts.

  2. Yeah a great start for 2016 and finish for January! All on track... Sandi =^=.^=

  3. Love your color combo for the Survivor quilt - great used numbers too!
