On the Design Wall this week is one of two baby quilts that I am making. This one is for my Nephew's baby that is due in October. Next up will be one for my Niece who is due in December. Both patterns are from a 3-yard quilt book. Wanted to keep these simple and usable.
More of the blue 16patch blocks were sewn yesterday at my Tuesday sewing group. I think I have enough to switch to the pinwheel blocks that will go with these. Pattern will be Bonnie Hunter's Patches and Pinwheels.

Patches and Pinwheels? I don't remember this one. Is it a purchase pattern or from a book? Using up blues. I have more in my pinks and reds container right now. I'll be working more from my UFO list before tackling another Bonnie Hunter project...except of course her Winter Mystery! Very cute baby quilt. Like the fabrics.
