Sunday Stash Report

Nothing added to the stash this week, and nothing to report used. I did finish up four blocks for our block of the month for Sunshine Quilt Guild's meeting on Tuesday Night. These blocks were fun and simple to put together using batik strips randomly placed. I like they way they turned out. Would not mind winning these!

As I was putting these blocks together, I got our a UFO from a couple of years ago. This was started in a class at Road to California, called Scrappy Layered Log Cabin.
The pattern is by Karen Eckmeier. I only need to put together about four more blocks to finish. So, while I have my Batik strips out, I think I will try to finish this one.

  1. This project looks familiar :)! Like your wacky log cabin Sunshine BOM. I placed my "centers" much differently...wait till you see. Sandi

  2. I like the BOM for this month, Batiks sure do make a strong entrance to a beautiful quilt. Your log cabin blocks are also very nice.
I haven't been on the PC much and got behind on making comments, hope I am aiming for doing better.
