2012 UFO Challenge February 29, 2012

Happy Leap Day!!!

This month I was able to finish my February UFO, which was to quilt my Blue Trees Quilt. Below is the finished quilt and a couple of close-ups of the quilting. The quilting pattern is from Anne Bright and is called Goldilocks.

March is #8 which is the Sugar Plum Stars Quilt. Not sure yet how I will quilt this one- will have to sleep on it a couple of nights and see what pops up. I still have to circle back to the January UFO-Monsters and get that one quilted and bound.

  4. The blue and silver trees are so elegant! Like the curly design of Goldilocks. It goes so well with the feel of the fabrics. I'm seeing a dark varigated thread for your Sugar Plum Stars. There are so many open spaces maybe a pretty feather design. Sandi
